'CommonUtilityIndex sprang from a humble ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Incepted by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, familial venture with secret recipes passed down generations.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered the traditional pizza craftsmanship during her sojourns across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza artisans in Naples, where pizza was first conceived. On returning to the UK, she was resolute in emulating the spell of authentic Italian pizza, favoring vintage styles and top-tier ingredients.
What started out as a humble 12-seat eatery has expanded to become a cherished local staple, yet our fidelity to superior quality and genuineness has remained steadfast. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, crafting our pizza dough from scratch every day, and procuring the best ingredients available.
Today, 'CommonUtilityIndex' is still a family business, with the Rossi heirs now guiding our zealous team. Although we have integrated some contemporary advancements, the essence of our establishment endures: serving delectable, genuine pizza that unites our customers.
